I am in no way shape or form a professional photographer or blogger. When I look on the internet I just right click things that I think are free for everyone to see. In the event that I may right click, save, and post on my blog something you feel is an infringement of your copyright, please feel free to contact me via email at firstborn2autism@yahoo.com and I will remove said picture from my site. Also, before I do all of that removing stuff, I will need:

-Name, Address, Contact # & correct email address
-description of copyrighted work to which you claim infringement
-blog posting URL or brief description of post with alleged infringed material (feel free to link me)
-a statement from the infringed stating that, in good faith, you believe that the use of copyrighted material was NOT authorized by you, an agent acting on your behalf, or within the confines of the law
-your physical signature (can be scanned and sent electronically)or the signature of a person authorized to speak/act on your behalf
-a statement bound by penalty of perjury that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are indeed the owner of the copyrighted material in question

With that being said, if there is material, be it pictures or commentary, from my site that is removed and used for other purposes, please reference me and my site as where you got it from. Link back to my site, please. Do not steal my thoughts.
